Success Criteria:
The success goal was set at a 10% increase in organic traffic.

Outcome:
20% increase in organic traffic due to UX, content and, SEO optimizations.

Success Criteria:
The success goal was set at a 10% increase in driving leads (conversions).

Outcome:
Drove 15% increase in lead via UX, funnel, and sales team enablement recommendations and implementations.

Success Criteria:
The priority was focusing on lead conversion form with a success goal of 20% improvement.

Outcome:
50% improvement in lead conversion from analyzing data and the UX of the form with me making recommendations for drastically reducing the friction in the form e.g. asking only for what is necessary.
