Background
I was brought in as a consultant, holding a Product Marketing role. I worked on many types of different projects from building fully functioning prototypes, interviewing investors / customers (voice of customer) to creating / running experiments and doing research.
Objective
With this project, we needed to differentiate between “Roofstock” listings and ”Partner” listings that were new by what was the main CTA displayed on the listing in the marketplace. I decided the fastest way to get insights was to use Usertesting.com to get the insights we wanted.
Outcome
After many usertests, the research yielded a clear winner: “Exclusive” (for Roofstock) and “Select” (for partners).
